As always, the Arcadia Invitational does not disappoint. Most memorable moments for me were the boys 400 relay, CA record 40.00, boys 800, huge negative split for 1:47.66, Jane Hedegren's national record in the 2 mile and Owen Powell's win against a stellar field in the 3200.
What was your lasting moment?

I'm baised, of course, but being a part of Josh Haven smashing the CCS decathlon record, setting the California Junior record, and having the second highest decathlon total in California HS history was the highlight...of many, many highlights. After Josh's epic effort, watching from 30 feet away while Simon Roselli had three throws of over 200 feet (!) was amazing. And watching Servite's 2 frosh and 2 sophs run the most flawless 4x100 I've ever seen--can the Servite coach be the Olympic 4x100 coach??--was hard to beat...but I'll takes Josh's #1 in the world right now Under-18 decathlon total of 7133.
Oops...I think I posted that anonymously...It's Patrick McCrystle from Bellarmine
Well done, Pat! Jane Hedengren of Timpview going out in 4:46 coming back in 4:48 to set a national record 9:34 for 3200 and win by 27 seconds was incredible.
