I tried to include as many athletes and teams as possible. If I missed anybody that deserves to be mentioned, please let me know in the comments below.
Best of luck to all 149 teams competing on Friday/Saturday.

Great preview, as always Coach! I am really excited for the Girls 1600 Sombrero, how often do you get a chance to see 4 state champions from Northern California race against each other? you've got the veterans in Riley Chamberlain (BYU Commit), Sophia Nordenholz (Washington Commit), Anna McNatt (still a junior) and the opportunity to see some of the best young talent in freshmen Hanne Thomsen and sophomores Olivia Williams and Ashylyn Boothby.
On the boy's side, I think the 3,200 should be really interesting, with 3 runners who have dipped under 9:00 (Braden King, Sean Lacey, Daniel Winters) and a slew of runners who I expect will do so soon (maybe tomorrow?): Zachary Ayers, Caden Carney, Sean Morello, Alex Lamoureux just to name a few.
I don't think Williams and Boothby are running. Updated live results have them out.
Thanks, Kevin. I will check and make an update.
