CCS Top 8 Entries and Alternates now posted

The above links will be updated throughout the week as scratches are received by the meet director. In the meantime, feel free to comment below on the most competitive events and if you know of any athletes competing that are ready to make a major statement this coming Saturday.

I will have a meet preview posted by mid-Thursday.

The Bellarmine boys running a DMR at Mt. Sac instead of participating in the CCS Top 8 is interesting. Anyone understand the reasoning? They need a qualifying mark for a larger meet (Penn)? Too bad we will not have Scales, MBR, and Miranda at the Top 8 this year but I guess that can happen when you're a senior and already signed at a D1 college.

There are very few opportunities to run fast relays and Mt. SAC is one of them.
