Long Sunday run!
I'm going out on a limb and going to say 7 min pace for 13 miles is not some easy Sunday long run for a first year female runner, no matter how talented.

Note, she is not a first year runner. First year running track in the spring, yes, but she has run cross country for several years now.
Just curious...was the race run on the roads or trails?

I'm going out on a limb and going to say SUB 7 min pace for 13 miles is not some easy Sunday long run for any 5 min miler.
Actually it looks like someone named Paige Powers won it in 1:27.
Apparently that was a man who ran with a female bib #.
