This is Why they need to have 6 Divisions in California! A Open division for Extra Large School! If Oregon and Washington can, so can California!
Adding one division has been proposed before and rejected I believe.
The problem is finding a solution that would maintain the equality of competition at the section level and establish divisional breaks that would have the same level of competition at the state meet.
