I hope they have some hills out there for her. She is one of the best downhill runners I have ever seen.
Oxford, MS is in rolling hill country - should be great. She should have a great experience there. Hotty Toddy!
she has really really weird running form
Has anyone from California ever gone to the south and had a good running career?
Don't know - Parker Deuel (San Ramon Valley) seems to be managing pretty well at Alabama.
This is an old thread, but curious if anybody knows what happened to Karlie Garcia?
She ran one 5k race at Ole Miss for 17:32, No. 1 on her team and then fell off the radar.
Assuming an injury, but...?
She wanted to transfer to Sac State, but unfortunately for them, they were not interested. So she transferred to University of the Pacific and will be running track this spring.
