For NCS.
1) Petaluma
2) Campolindo
3) Las Lomas
4) Acalanes
5) Maria Carrillo
How ever, it would surprise me if Campo were to get it togehter at the end of the season and beat Petaluma. Either way, it is going to be a great race between some great teams.
1) Sterling Lockert
2) Devin Lockert
3) Erik Olson
4) Mark Blattler
5) Robert Pulford
6) Ross Giger
7) Michale Jamieson
Those would be the top returning indivuals time wise. But you never know. Pulford, Giger and Olson all saw some major improvments in track. If any of them have a good summer then maybe they might challange Sterling for the indivdual title. Last year their were four returning indivual NCS champions, and only one was able to defend their crown, thanks to a very impressive last second kick in the final 80 meters of the race. You never know what is going to happen.
Brandon Felipe Petaluma another top guy. Ran 15:48 at NCS last year
You are right. I forgot about him. Thanks for catching my mistake.
hey Bishop O'Dowd beat Acalanes at the Ed Sias Invitational.
