This Sun. March 29, 2-4 pm, is a free in-person workshop by Stanford's FASTR program on high school girls runners' health, with two 45-minute presentations and interactive activities.
The workshop is for female high school athletes, parents, coaches, and athletic trainers who want to better understand menstrual health, fueling, hydration, and performance. The free workshop will be at Stanford's Center for Academic Medicine, and more info is in the attached flyer, with registration available here.
