Swinging your arms is good for running. Thank you science!
This article has the tone as if it was written by the undergrad lab assistant.
My first reaction was "wait, they *paid* someone to *research* this??" But maybe it really was an undergrad and it's good practice at real science, even though the conclusion was (ahem) obvious; it would help if no actual taxpayer dollars were spent on this.
I work around actual scientists and I appreciate that they have to start somewhere as undergrads.
