I had to go back and dig these up. Both are from 2007 and they are my first athlete and coach interviews respectively. The first interview is with former Palo Alto HS runner Charlie Avis who I also coached in middle school. He was a very serious bicycle racer as well as a very talented runner. The first coaching interview was with former Petaluma coach Jim Lynch. During that time, Petaluma was one of the best cross country teams in the state. They won 4 NCS titles between 2006 and 2010 as well as two podium finishes. You can check out that interview here:
