I am very sad to report that Bob Shor passed away this morning after battling illness for the past few year...

I still don't believe them. It might be back for 2018 because they are hosting the PAC12 championship and a lot of those teams will attend to preview the course. But the year after it will be shut down for good. Mark my words.
That is definitely a factor in the return of the meet. I hope you are wrong about the future of the meet though. We will see.
Albert, I know you don't have the dates yet. But do you have a possible idea? I would love to go back to Stanford for a faster course if it works out on my team schedule.
Rob, I will do some digging and see if I can find the date.
Rob, book your flights on SW so you can transfer the tickets when Stanford cancels the meet using some lame excuse like a football game got in the way.
I will never go back to this meet. Awful course and always hot. I encourage all coaches to go to Sacramento and boycott this race.
