How do you reach this group for the refunds? E-mail? Phone? They sent something that says they refunded the money, but I do not see the refund to the original form of payment and I have filled out their site form, but no response.....
Still waiting to hear about the refunds. This is starting to seem a little fishy since the group won’t respond about how the refunds happen on this book that was supposed to be.
They are in the process of refunding everybody. If they have your email address, they should have reached out to you already. If not, feel free to reach out to Sean directly at Sean Brosnan and he can take care of you getting your refund.
