I'm not sure they'll be the most competitive among the day's races, but it's great to see the 4x800s included this year.
Definitely. Not sure everybody is putting their best team out there but we might see some teams roll to a fast time.
I have said this for many years, the Stanford Invitational needs to bring back the 4 x 800 now that it's an official event at the state meet. I don't know what year they made the change but they replaced the 4 x 800 with the open 800. They need to switch it back.
The sprints today were incredible. Hannah Rutherford 23.88 200 and 53.78 400 show the benefits of the strength work she has done in the 800- 2:14
So many good marks today. It was fun to see the majority of the section competing so well with many new section bests.
