Name correction for Div V girl #10 from Convent. It's "Deirdre Kenny".

Ok, thank you. Will fix it right now.

2 years back to back State Championships for Crystal Springs!!!!! What a team, what a program, what an accomplishment, what a coaching staff...congrats to the Gryphons, and to win the State Championship on a 6th runner tie-break is like a movie script!!! Congrats to all involved!

Thank you so much, Patrick. Great job for your boys this past season. Lots to be proud of for them and your coaching staff. Now get to look forward to hanging out in the bleachers at a few track meets in the spring.

Let me echo Patrick. Congrats Albert, very impressive what you're doing with your athletes. That is terrific success, you've established the benchmark for Division V. And one more edit for Convent's Deirdre. Last name is "Kenny", not Penny.

The double-double for Albert and the CSUS progams! You have been an incredible coach for decades, and your kids really showcased that the past two years. Thanks for raising the bar in Division 5 and congratulations on nothing less than a spectacular finish!

Thank you very much! On Saturday, I told anybody who would listen what a great job Carin did with her University runners and both teams ran incredibly at the state meet. As a coach, winning is satisfying but what is equally satisfying is when your athletes just crush a performance and outdo any projections beforehand.

Where does Lucas Cohen's time rank on the all time list for Nor Cal runners?

I think it’s 4th all time for NorCal

1. German Fernandez (Riverbank-SJS) 2007 State Meet 14:24  (Sac-Joaquin Section record)

2. Jay Marden (Mission San Jose, Fremont-NCS) 1980 Kinney West Region 14:40 (North Coast Section record)

3. Matt Strangio (Jesuit, Carmichael-SJ) 2019 State Meet 14:44

4. Lucas Cohen (Albany-NC) 2023 State Meet 14:46
