No mention of El Toro for D3 girls? They ran on Saturday at Clovis but will certainly contend with St Francis for the state title.
Thanks for pointing out El Toro. If I only missed one team or individual, I did pretty well. Tough to get every single team/individual in the state and there will be others that will come on late season.
I appreciate all your hard work. Thank you!
I would guess El Toro didn't get a mention because they got 19th in the Friday/Saturday Clovis merge. Several schools above them also didn't get a mention. I do agree they will be in it for D3.
Let me see if I can get them added to the article. If not, they will definitely be mentioned in the next article.
El Toro was 5th at Woodbridge Sweepstakes. But at Clovis two of their top runners didn't race. State champs D2 last year, a team to watch.
