Andy Chan and SHC getting a shout out! Best of luck in the finals!
Thanks, Josh. In all fairness, despite this being the World Championships, the crowds in Moscow for the morning sessions have been sparse. Shannon almost couldn't help but hear me because there's hardly anyone in the stadium. I've had a harder time having runners hear me at CCS meet! Saturday night, however, it should be packed. Bolt in the 200, Russians like Chicherova in the high jump, and two Bay Area runners in the women's 5000 - Shannon Rowbury and Kim Conley. Can't wait!
