Former Montgomery HS, UC Davis runner Kim Conley runs indoor 5K in 15:09

Her official time at the University of Washington Invite was 15:09.31 just missing her outdoor PR of 15:08.61 from 2014. According to Dave Monti, Conley has now run the following times in the last two months.
1500-4:10.66
Mile-4:27.88
5000m-15:09.31
10000m-31:58.54

Kimmy is a beast, and an inspiration. Her story says that you didn't have to be a state champion, or even state-ranked, in high school or nationally ranked in college to follow your running dreams. I'm so blessed to have met and talked to her. Keep killing it, Kimmy!
