Anyone know who this JR high runner that went 48.38?

At the meet, they were mixing open and collegiate and High school athletes, so maybe he was inadvertently labeled as a Jr high athlete. He looks older than a middle school runner. When I google his name a Jamaican of the same name at 19yr old comes up.
