Any idea how long the Lowell course is this year?
It says 2.78 for the JV/Varsity course and 2.03 for the Frosh/Soph course.
The f/s course looks like it was 2.08 or so this year.
I will see if I can get a more accurate number for the courses this year.
I scanned Strava entries and saw lots of 2.07/2.08. I noticed Redwood Empire went with 2.08.

I ran the course twice with another coach and all of our readings were 2.8 and 2.13. The differences in the varsity courses each year have to do with A) the 'construction' along Chain of Lakes where they are refurbishing the ponds, B) the first turn at the top of the opening meadow, Hellman Hollow I believe it is called, which each year is a little different, and C) the route taken from Chain of Lakes Rd back up to the Polo Fields.
Great races yesterday on what was an almost perfect day for racing. Thanks to Andy and all his staff for another great meet!!!!!
