  3. No preview this year.

As for the rain, I have video from a few years ago from the last 3200 race and it was POURING!

  4. Conditions were not ideal at Dan Gabor. It was hit or miss, some had to run through pouring rain while others were relatively dry. Not conducive to fast times especially for early season. Christopher Middleton-Pearson's solo 4:17 was probably the best of the day.

  6. Chris Middleton-Pearson of Dublin's wire to wire 1600m in the cold and wet @ Dan Gabor: 4:17.27
Took it out 61ish; 2:04ish...pack started chasing after him hard in the last 300m.

  8. Already going to be really interesting to see who runs what at Dublin. With a spot in the Invitational 3,200 at Arcadia on the line, I would be interested to see if Anderson or Strangio double. 4:14 all by yourself in crappy conditions is pretty impressive as is Riley Chamberlain running a solo 10:47 which was 45 seconds ahead of the next competitor. Incidentally the 2nd and 3rd place runners were, like Chamberlain, freshman.

  9. Not exactly "on the line," with Matt being the returning state 3200m champion, and Liam NXN champion, I believe they will both be easily given a spot in the Invite 3200 no matter how they run at Dublin.

  10. I agree that both are in the invite section of Arcadia and won't need to run at Dublin to get there although I am sure both of them will be there racing.

  11. Anyone have bold predictions for K-Bell this weekend? Also, have the entries come out yet?

  12. I will post a link as soon as they are posted. I will do a preview as well.

  13. Considering the conditions at Dan Gabor, the Boys 1600m final heat was pretty impressive. Other than Strangio's performance, the top 8 of that heat would of won in all the other invitationals that weekend. Also, Vacaville Freshman Kellen Steplight ran an impressive 4:23 for his first high school 1600m race.
