    Freshman - Kain (Scotts Valley) 16:25ish narrow victory
    Sophomore - Peattie (Bellarmine) 15:42 huge gap
    Junior - Sage (Los Altos) 15:43ish outkicked small pack
    Senior -Colonna (St Francis MV) 15:19ish; broke away with teammate Eng and McKenzie (Los Altos). Eng came in 2nd just a second or two back. McKenzie was 15:28ish.

  11. The Nevada Union Invitational also happened today... Used to be a much bigger meet but still attracts a few area SJS teams.

    Apparently the Del Oro freshman, Chamberlain set another course record, on a meet that is on its 55th year!

  12. My understanding is that Strangio has slight calf strain, the result of uneven legs and was held out as a precaution. The hope is to have the full Jesuit Varsity line-up ready for Stanford. Fingers crossed it's not anything too serious and he is back out there competing soon.

  16. Team time outcomes for NCS VB at Woodbridge: Granada 1:15:08 (10th fastest team time overall), Maria Carillo 1:15:12 (11th team time overall), Dublin 1:15:16 (12th team time overall).

  17. Impressive performances in girls' sweeps at Woodbridge... McCandless, Wikstrom, Fauria, Joaquin and Perez are 8th, 35th, 48th, 51st, 62nd in the nation, respectively.
