  1. Do you have a team-time all time list?

  2. How much faster/slower were times in 2016 compared to previous years? The course cut a large segment off, but it was raining last year as well.

  3. The length was the same but without the track, you lose the ramp twice. I am not sure what the difference is between the two courses.

  4. Last years Division 5 Girls says Kiera Marshall's #1 time is 19.09? race stats say 17.08, big difference

  5. I contacted the NCS office in regards to that error. It should be 17:09. Anything above .1 is rounded up.

  6. The course this year is still the 2016 one, right?

  7. The course is the same as last year.

  8. I know that the D1 boys race is at 10:00, but does anybody know what the schedule is for the other races.

  10. Albert I enjoyed reading the less in depth preview for the meet, I think you did a great job on the rankings. But I would not count out Clayton Valley in the Girl's D2 race. You had them listed in the previous rankings, but have now been dropped. They beat College Park at league championships as well as Dublin at Mariner. They're times are very comparable to Amador Valley, Monte Vista, and Liberty and they will surely battle for that 3rd place team spot this weekend.
Thanks for all your hard work!

  11. No love for BVAL teams I guess

  12. I asked lots of coaches for their feedback. I can only do so much in terms of research so if I missed anybody, I missed them.

On Saturday, teams can finish as high as they want and are not limited to where I ranked them in the pre-meet preview.

  13. I think Mission SJ could put up a strong showing in D2 boys and challenge for top 5 at least. They had a very strong league finals race.

  14. Thank you very much for the preview and all you do for Nor Cal XC Albert!

  15. When will this meet? Is the Dublin A-Team going to attending? Or will they be saving up for States? Hopefully Saint Francis can defend the state title

    1. Dublin didn’t run full strength at EBAL and still have won, but Granada is still a podium contender at state meet. They should 100% be running their whole team

  16. Is anyone from the White Castle going to running this weekend? That would be to cool.

  17. Well the course setup was completed this AM and early afternoon. Rain was pretty heavy in hayward yesterday all day,and course will be challenging. Very muddy in back construction loop. Run fast but be safe. Good luck to all participants

  18. I see them posting individual results, but what about team results?

  19. They are at bottom of each page

  20. Anyone see how Dublin did today? Their 1-5 gap of :45 seems larger than it should be. They also had a slightly different line up.

  21. Girls D2 race was so exciting for those final 2 spots!

Granada was dominant as expected, but a surprisingly close race with San Ramon, Monte Vista, Amador Valley & Liberty for 2nd and 3rd spots.

My daughter's team, College Park, nearly caught Clayton Valley in the 3rd tier of teams. Great way to end the season. Thanks for the good coverage, Albert!
