It's too bad that it came down to money for Hiltz to stay but based on her account it seems like the trust in her coach was lost anyway.
It's like any other relationship- if it's not mutually beneficial, it needs to change. I'm glad Nikki had the strength to do what was best for her. I'm sure that wasn't an easy decision. Best of luck to her at Arkansas.
