Was there seriously a 2 mile boys heat with only one runner? And a girls DMR with one one team?

Holy cow!! Those 1600 boys times at Azusa are rocket speed! 3-4:04's?? The#12 runner did a 4:12!!!! How are they SO much faster than the Nor Cal guys??
ReplyDeleteIn both of these cases the athletes missed their race so we had the girls team run with the boys DMR and the VB runner run with the FSB 3200, then we split them out into their own heat so they would be scored in the correct division.

The fastest heat was an actual mile which means the times are faster than a normal 1600. Subtract 1.8 seconds from the mile times to convert to 1600m times.
