  1. As a girl in NCS, I would like to run 4:55 for the 1600 and 10:35 in the 3200. My PR's now aren't far off, and my cross country season suggested I can do it, but it will take a lot of hard work and determination.

  11. Albert, SF 2017 is a plant. He is mocking someone's post pointing out that SF will catch up to Bell in XC by 2017. It's plausible and worth debating but this guy is just making a mockery of your post by sarcastically claiming it as a goal.

  16. My Big Audacious Goal is to lead my teams to win all four divisions at our league championships. It's never been done before, and last year we won three out of four. It will be tough with a target on our backs.

    My event group goals include getting my top 800m runner under 2-minutes, my top girl under 5:00 in the 1600, and a 2-miler under 10:45.

    Most importantly, to have no major (preventable) injuries, 100% improvement over past seasons, and 0 athletes fall ineligible.
