There is a mistake in the boys long jump seedlings. Rodney Morgan of Galieo HS, San Francisco only jumped 21'4" in CIF San Francisco section meet. (Not 24'4")
ReplyDeleteWhat has happened to Long Beach Poly and Wilson? Kids no longer being recruited there?
ReplyDeleteInteresting question about Long Beach Poly, and I wonder if the coaching change there didn't somehow affect this season. Wilson, on the other hand, ran 3:13 in the 1600 relay, has the #2 seed in boys 400, and a 1:52 half miler...not too bad!!!
ReplyDeletepmccrystle. I guess on Wilson I was commenting more on the girls side. Regarding LBP my guess the coaching change did affect their season.
ReplyDeleteSaw last year state meet LBP won 400 with a freshmen (Roberts 52.52 & another freshmen was 5th Wright 54.84). They aren't on the performance list this year. Perhaps sitting out due to transfer rule, which is what happened to Reonna Collier. Interesting on LBP!
