Sacramento is more a geographic central area. Carmichael, although technically a separate municipality, is still considered by most as part of the larger Sacramento area. In the same vein, almost everything between Bakersfield and San Diego is often referred to as Los Angeles, even though there are hundreds of cities involved besides L.A. itself.
Seriously, they are not in the SACRAMENTO running association hall of fame? Who is in it?
