Couple of former NorCal runners rolling this weekend

    Richard Ho (Lowell) ran a 30:20 in the 10K. Very impressive as a freshman

    Yohaness Estifanos (Milpitas) 14:47 as well.

    @Anonymous- yes, Joyce is faster than Goltra.
