ReplyDeleteShe did her usual thing and took the race out hard. She built up a huge lead at the mile then began to fade.
She held on enough to finish 7th and make the team. Gutsy run!
I think she is going to The Footlocker Nationals for the third time.

ReplyDeleteThere is a big difference between a national meet with many of the best runners in the United States and a regional meet. Tough to compare the finishes of both races.
