ReplyDeleteAnd your holding it against Davis? Say nothing about the coaching and the hard work their athletes put in or their talent ?
ReplyDeleteTo Davis' credit - they raced Lagoon Valley, Hornet Jamboree, Yolo Champs and Stanford. They have put themselves up against some of the best NorCal teams. They deserve credit.
ReplyDeleteGood for Devils and their 100+ athletes; they do pull from a much larger student body than most schools
ReplyDeleteYeah and the theirs a reason they attract and keep so many of those athletes
ReplyDeleteAs a long time follower of California Cross Country I think it needs to be pointed out that each year Davis does well or exceptionally well, some of it can be attributed to school and team size but most of the credit deserves to go to the coaching staff and hard working athletes.

ReplyDeleteI would agree that BV Boys ranked a bit high. Also Whitney should be ranked above Vista Del Lago. Their average time at Stanford was 10 secs faster and both had full squads.
