What are your goals for this coming Track and Field season?
Today is the first official practice for Central Coast Section Track and Field athletes. What are your goals for this upcoming season? How fast do you want to run? How far do you want to jump? How far do you want to throw those implements? Who is aiming at the state meet? Team goals?
CV high doesn't have their team roster posted yet as tryouts are next week. She won the 60H last weekend against good competition in Seattle Indoor last weekend - http://www.prepcaltrack.com/2013/01/26/wallace-moves-to-4-all-time-in-60h/
Just curious why do different sections start official practice on different dates if they are all going for the same state championship?
ReplyDeleteGood question and I don't know the answer. CCS always starts 1 week before NCS and most other sections.
ReplyDeleteIt's so they'll win. It's a conspiracy!
ReplyDeletenot from ccs, but my goal is to go sub 4:15 :)
ReplyDeletemy goal= make it to STATE!
ReplyDeletemy goal= win STATE!
ReplyDeleteNorCal teams with the best shot at a state podium finish?
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone care about team finish at state? With 2 top sprinters you win. No fun in that.
ReplyDeleteim pretty sure long beach poly wins state like every year.
ReplyDeleteI think Castro Valley HS with Sasha Wallace will have a shot at the podium considering she could potentially win 2 events.
ReplyDeleteIs everyone going to bag on CV for the Wallace transfer like they did on Campo for Goltra's transfer? Wallace trains with the club coach not CV.
ReplyDeleteHopefully people won't but the haterz gonna hate
ReplyDeleteppl r just hella mad that Goltra blindsided all the haters a freakin won state lol
ReplyDeleteI do believe Wallace is not competing for the CV track team. Am I correct?
ReplyDeleteI have not heard that. Can anybody confirm?
