ReplyDeleteThat's what many people are speculating. The thing is who can you name that is without a doubt clean of doping? Sad but true.
ReplyDeleteI was bummed about our women distance runners' performance, but they actually did better overall than in Beijing if you look deeper than the number of medals. We had 11 women in Finals in Beijing, but 13 in London. Of the women who made the finals, two DNFd in each Olympics. The average finishing place of women who made Beijing finals was about 13th, while it was 10.5 in London.
