Very good chance for a sub 4 minute mile in this race.
Just to give you an idea of how fast Lukas Verzbicas' 2 mile time was from PRE, here is a comparison. His 8:29.46 is equivalent to an 8:26.6 3200m. and 3:56.4 1600m.
Jantzen Oshier ran 4:00.83 winning the race by 3.21 seconds and finished with a 57.14 last lap.
