Well now I could see Goltra running 4:25 and Ortollan running around 9:25. I notice Robert Pflaster from Del Campo taking on the triple, if he does all of those races then, well, he is a man's man.
Wert- if you have a complaint about an individual's seed time you should preferably let it go, take it to your coach or send it to the meet director. But under no situations should you be trying to demean a runner by posting his name. Lets keep this blog positive!
