College Decisions: Anthony Ortolan College Park HS

A great signing for UC Santa Barbara as Ortolan has shown impressive range in the last year running 1:54.12 in the 800m. at the State Meet Track and Field Trials and 15:30 at Woodward Park this past XC season.
