Complete Central Coast Section (CCS) Results...

http://www.cifccs.org/playoffs/results/10-11/2010%20XC%20results.pdf

I will post the team pictures of all winning teams as soon as I can.  I will also post some fun data that you won't find anywhere else.

Any comments about today's races?  Who was the most impressive individual?  Most impressive team?  Biggest surprise state meet qualifier?  What individual(s) are going to finish in the top 10 at state?  Who are going to be the team plaque winners from CCS at the state meet?

  1. Is the time correct for the 1st girl in Div 4? Anna Maxwell
If so that puts her 3rd on the 'All Time Course List' and she is only a freshman......great race!

  6. Pretty bad fall at 150m of the D1 boys race, took down Bishop and Ferrari(confirmed) and Reyen(judging from the time), maybe other top contenders too. Big props to Vasquez for taking advantage of the situation for the win, and taking down some legit competition to do it. Rae and Estifanos are very good runners in their own right.

  7. I did hear about the fall. That is very unfortunate. Toro narrows very quickly as you make the first right hand turn and Division I definitely had the biggest and most competitive field out there yesterday.

Hopefully nobody that fell was deprived of a state meet berth and they get to redeem themselves at state.
