Alex Mader a rising junior who ran 15:49 at State despite missing much of the season with an injury, and he has posted a faster 3200 m time than several others on the list. Maya Lacamp a rising senior, ran a 2:16 800 m as a sophomore, with no chance to improve this spring, and she went sub 19:00 at last year's state meet, again after a season where she missed time with injury. Maya has been posting truly outstanding work-out times all spring and summer. I also think the Lick girls will be a top 10 team. Two of their top runners graduated, but they return 5 girls who ran under 20:00 at the state meet, and this group, with several additions, are running really fast this summer.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31292861.post-25174759288270901342020-07-29T21:30:55.809-07:002020-07-29T21:30:55.809-07:00Ellie Buckley finished 11th at State in the D3 div...Ellie Buckley finished 11th at State in the D3 division as a fresh and has a great summer of training. Plus, I have it on good authority that he is putting in the miles.

I would also put Alex Lodewick on the list. He is only going to be a sophomore but he broke `5:50 at State last year.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31292861.post-37831897995519013272020-07-29T15:56:54.060-07:002020-07-29T15:56:54.060-07:00What made you choose Galen Topper over Patrick Cur...What made you choose Galen Topper over Patrick Curula? After his break out Track season this could be a very good cross country year for him.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
