With Surya, Cayden, Kellen, and Collin, heat 14 should be a great race. <br />Brian Gunnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10895143085376568537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31292861.post-49861641459541713042019-03-15T13:05:27.673-07:002019-03-15T13:05:27.673-07:00Thanks Brian! Coach Monk has him focusing on the 1600m and getting ready for the Rising Stars in Arcadia. After that he will start dialing in his speed work and getting ready for the 800m. I heard Dylan is injured. That's a bummer. Kellen was hoping to race him this weekend. He is clearly using this as a workout with the 800 first and then followed by the 3200. Last year he ran 1:59 in the 800 and there should be several runners in that 2nd heat who will push him and make him work in that 800.Albert Caruanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14434646351717864405noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31292861.post-12933649073099598932019-03-15T08:21:39.449-07:002019-03-15T08:21:39.449-07:00His credentials put him in the fast heat. Not that any coaches don't lie or guess their runner times in this meet :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31292861.post-17491561354385662812019-03-14T21:24:22.166-07:002019-03-14T21:24:22.166-07:00His PR places him in the second heat.
