I used to love going to www.dyestatcal.com too read about HS track and field and cross country but then they seemed to change to a more southern-centric site so reading Cross Country Express has been great for Northern California news. After the merger or buyout of dyestatcal by ESPN, it seems like all that dyestatcal is good for now are just rankings and results.

Some things that have been great about Cross Country Express have been the interviews with coaches and athletes. The fact that Albert is now trying to cover more of the state with the help of xcnation is a good thing. Not only will learning about our fellow runners in the south be good information, it may also help motivate us to be better.

Thanks for the great coverage, Albert! As a track and field and cross country fan, I love the information on your site. The recent Doug Soles interview was insightful and helpful to me as a coach.

Craig Lee
Archbishop Mitty HSAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31292861.post-58739534034819932762012-04-17T07:39:15.766-07:002012-04-17T07:39:15.766-07:00I agree with Anonymous at 6:32 AM.
