You can check out the meet preview at this LINK. I found the meet record for the boys which is 12:04 by Eric Chavez of St. Francis from 1999. Does anybody know what the girls' record is for the Westmoor HS course?
Has the Westmoor course been the same since 1982 (when I think the invitational started)?
The document at this link lists, first, the results from the 1997 invitational and then, near the end, the 10 top times for boys and girls in the period 1982-1997. They are very comparable to the 2004-2015 top times listed by Mike above.
The course has remained the same as far as I can tell except that the track is now all-weather which makes it a faster course. In 2010, they had to use an altered course when the track was not available.
As for course records, it looks like Eric Chavez St. Francis is the course record holder at 12:04 in 1999. Cate Ratliff is the course record holder for the girls at 14:03 in 2014. The previous record was held by Jennifer Akana of Lowell at 14:05 in 1996.
There is a new girls record that was set yesterday of 14 minutes even. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the athlete or the school she represented.
Kaylah Grant a Jr from Live Oak won with a time of 14:00. I took a picture of the results sheet for this race since my daughter was in it. Go Scotts Valley Falcons.
Here's what we have in the XCStats database for Westmoor HS, going back to 2004
