So many good kids in this sport. The hard work and dedication it takes to be successful in cross country has so many parallels in life. In that short clip, you can see what a quality young lady she must be and if you could bottle that enthusiasm....
It's interesting to see how many runners from the Bay Area have headed to Ivies and top colleges in the past few years (Goltra, Hurlock, Leach, Reinhart, Wang, just to name a few). If talent keeps sprouting up in the area, the Ivies might become a force to be reckoned with in the next few years.
