  6. Was anybody at the Bay Area Relays? Did Logan really have 2 teams run sub-8:00 in the 4x800??? Does anybody know their splits?

  7. That was definitely one of the more eye opening performances this weekend. They definitely have some very talented mid-distance guys and with James Logan being the largest school in NCS, it's very possible they had 2 teams under 8:00 in 4x800.

  8. For the comment about Logan, I'm sure they are capable of it:

    C Monsalud (1:58 indoor, 4:22 1600, 1:55 800 PR)
    A Monsalud (4:23 1600)
    Josh Hall (formerly went to Bishop O'Dowd) (51.29 400, 2:00.69 800 PR)
    Chester Quero (4:28 1600)
    Robert Sprotte (2:04 800)
    Ben Limsumalee (2:06 800)
    Arman Pabla (2:06 800)
    Rafay Warsi (2:08 800)

If you mix and match the teams a little bit, they could have two teams under 8:00 each.
