    The boys' MOC 4x400m final was extremely exciting. I'd love to see a replay of that, despite this being cross country express.

    While the name of this site is Cross Country Express, I try to highlight athletes and coaches in Track and Field in all events as well.

    I will see what I can do about finding the 4x400 video.

    I wonder if a few of the 3200 runners at NCS who skipped the 1600 are now having second thoughts. 3200 was loaded while the 1,600, not so much.
