  1. Not sure about Ehrenberg as the number 5 in D3 there are three or four other guys in the Division that have beat him pretty handily in the invitational season.

  2. D3 girls is just another DFAL race haha

  3. What about Colin Burke and Andrew Melendez of Bishop O'Dowd?

    ReplyDelete
  4. They are the two guys from O'Dowd that have been beating Ehrenberg and Zamanian all year long.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Yes I think that the two BOD guysshould be up there as well

  6. ncs record goes down by hurlock or goltra

    ReplyDelete
  7. @8:58, you think either one runs 14:37 or faster? Neither is Olson or Ghebray, let alone Leal.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Goltra and Hurlock are in a class of their own but setting the course record is a tough task. 14:38 is no joke.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Not to mention Huxham, who has run 15:14 already this year on the Woodward course

    ReplyDelete
  10. isnt michael murphy faster than matthew murphy?

    ReplyDelete
  11. It will be interesting to see who gets close (or perhaps takes down) the record. I would say Hurlock has the best chance but he will running alone. The D3 boys will probably have the best chance to have a record pace race

    ReplyDelete
  12. Sarah Cella should be top 5 for D3 wow Campo is going to sweep Girls D3

    ReplyDelete
  13. D3 Boys will be a race to watch just because Goltra.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Brighie Leach could get close to setting a course record. She'll definitely get close

    ReplyDelete
  15. how about Haley Shipway? she should be top 5 for D3

  17. Records.....Records...Do you know how tough some of those records are? Have you noticed the rain?

    ReplyDelete
  18. D1 looks to be another EBAL race, teams and individuals.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Matt Saunders from Sir Francis Drake can pose a real threat to Nassim from San Rafael. He is unranked but has only been behind Nassim by less than 15 seconds all season.

  20. 15 seconds is a long time.

    ReplyDelete
  21. "15 seconds is a long time."

Word-for-word the exact thought that came through my mind when I read 4:37pm comment.

  22. Shipway from Campo is hurt and won't be racing.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Maria Carrillo is D1? since when?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Shipway is not hurt, earlier in the season she suffered form injury but she raced at DFAL championships and is going to race at NCS and states. I watched her at DFAL and running in trainers she looked great.

  25. Shipway isn't hurt she ran at DFAL championships and she did really good. Her little sister Sarah is running as well I believe.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Haley Shipway of Campo is running and recovered

  27. push 15 seconds

  29. Carter Mackey from Castro Valley should run well in the boys DIV I race

  30. I've been led to believe their is a cal conspiracy. How do you explain all the top guys are going to berkeley now eugene, lawson and joyce. The next batch will be goltra huxham and hurlock. Its a conspiracy I say

    ReplyDelete
  31. I saw Goltra talk to Joyce on time

    ReplyDelete
  32. Heard Goltra is getting close and that Cal is not on his list.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Thank god, Cal is where runners go to die.

  34. Yes, Estifanos is there, too, right? Seems like they should do better at Western Regional with all of that talent...
