Anyone know how to find results from the McDonalds Rough Rider Invitational that was at Woodward Park on Friday October 14, 2011? This is a big invitational but these guys are terrible at posting results. Still can't find anything from last year.
A 21:40 on Garin Park 5K is about 21:00 on Crystal, so subtract :40 for that level runner. If you're running 16:00 on Garin... take away about :25 to get your Crystal time.
Rough Rider was "roughly" run and the results had lots of holes with major misspellings. Kids had to run with green slips of paper, paper clipped to their jersey. They even forgot to score some of the high schools! If McDonalds sponsored this event, can't they get a decent timing and higher tech system? All results was was "cut and paste" with the green slips of paper.
do you know how you can convert the times from the garin park 5k course to crystal springs?
ReplyDeleteXC stats.com has a course/ time convertor.
ReplyDeleteBoth online course converters convert the 2.1 Garin Park course only. I know that the 5k course is tough and not very fast.
ReplyDeletethank you albert.

ReplyDeleteI have looked but no complete results so far. I believe Piner won the boys varsity.

ReplyDeleteThat invitational is definitely not Clovis but it's a chance for kids to run on the state meet course.
ReplyDeleteOld school scoring and timing for sure.
