You can just see him deteriorating in the race. He's definitely the oppo...Edwards is fantastic.<br />He's definitely the opposite of graceful. It's fun to watch him race because it looks like he's running on the edge. I'm not sure if it's true, but it looks like he's absolutely maxing his body out.<br /><br />If he wants to be fantastic, he definitely needs to employ more strategy when he races. It seems most of the time, the race is being dictated to him and he has very little control over what's happening. His position in the pack fluctuates wildly.<br /><br />At CCS he made his move way too early. Or too late depending on how you look at it. She was an excellent runner but her xc times were pretty consistent and she didn't improve much at all. Next being a Coach who Coaches Both, athletes also only get out what they put into it, I've watched girls on My team and on also on others who don't improve and you ask them what did they didn't do and majority of them will say they didn't train in the off season or they were very sporadic about it. Girls for example spend more time on academics after there sophomore year, than boys. Next Soccer is really starting to Control XC and Track Runners especially on the Girls side, so No Time to Be consistent in Training. But this is Just My two Cents. In girls it's all about new freshman as most girls fade or don't improve (tho in a few programs they do but that's the exception). Its easy to coach girls, its all talent. Boys it's all about development, culture and coaching. Much harder to win and coach the boys. Which is my guess as to the obsession with the girls here. Or you're just creepy.
