You can see the tactics used by both Strangio and Hazell to be at the right place at the right time. It also shows how hard it is to double at CIF, though hats off to Liam Anderson for giving it a go and being competitive in the 3,200 until the end. Already getting psyched for the upcoming Cross Country season where I expect Anderson and Strangio to be more prominent on the national radar.
