No way fall sports are happening. Schools invested too much into distance learning to jump back to on site school, especially after the nightmare happening in districts & states that did. CCS commish said if it doesn’t start on time there’s no fall sports.

Can anyone recall a year when California had this many national caliber teams? I am probably dreaming, but I wonder if it is possible for them to form clubs and compete against each other in dual or small-format meets? I agree that it would be great to see the Bells and Great Oak race. I would also like to see a lot of the top Northern California Teams go head to head.

Did all three earlier commenters miss that fall sports state-wide are scheduled to start in January? Great Oak and Bells will race at the State meet in March (assuming it still happens).

I am not sure if California has had as many nationally ranked teams but what I am sure of is that CA has never had the top 3 teams going into the season (I could be wrong so feel free to correct me if I am).

At this point, we are all hopeful that we could have a season and it's more likely since the season was pushed back to December.
