Northern California Track and Field doings...

From The USATF Hershey National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships in Greensboro, NC.

Jason Gomez, Westmont - Tanner Anderson, Carlmont - Ryan Wilson, Carlmont & Alex Scales, Bellarmine, running as Menlo i Greyhounds, ran a 7:43.75 4X800 to win gold in the men's 17/18 Division

Kendall Mansukhani, Half Moon Bay - Isabelle Cairns, St Francis (Mountain View) - Kyra Pretre, Menlo & Charlotte Tomkinson, Menlo, running as Menlo i Greyhounds, ran a 9:23.89 4x800 to win gold in the girls 15/16 division.

Jason Gomez and Tanner Anderson advanced to the 800 finals scheduled for Saturday running 1:55.39 & 1:55.97 in the prelims.

Claire Yerby, Half Moon Bay, Ran 4:54.16 to advance to the 15/16 girls, 1500 meter finals scheduled for Sunday.

Ryan Wilson, Jason Gomez & Tanner Anderson also advanced to the 1500 meter finals schduled for Sunday (4:05.44, 4:05.47, 4:10.46)

Any updates on other local club teams also competing there? I know the Los Gatos Track Club won the 13/14 year old 4 x 800 national championship.
