Different than the Pre Season all distance team?
Yes, that was NorCal, this is NCS only.

I think those are the obvious ones. The others are not so easy.
Great list! I think the Boys 1600m will be especially interesting. Liam Anderson and Jett Charvet had a great battle last year and Liam's cross country season was phenomenal. Livingston is coming off a good cross season in his own right and Bennett was solid as well. Will be interesting to see if they can contend with guys like Anderson. Sure to be a great season!
